This is a rolling call for proposals, with projects reviewed and selected in batches. To ensure timely review, please submit your proposal before the last week of the month. Submissions received by then can generally expect to be reviewed within one month. Reviews will take place on a monthly, rolling basis, and funds will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
